The College of Human Sciences is a multidisciplinary academic unit that addresses global challenges and opportunities related to the physical, behavioral, and economic factors influencing the health and development of individuals, families and communities. Human Sciences is the flagship academic unit of its kind in Florida. The College ranks as one of the top 15 in human sciences in terms of graduate enrollment, degrees granted, grants and contracts and total endowment. It also has award-winning faculty who are leaders in their respective disciplines and have been recognized for their research and teaching. The College serves 2,000 students from around the world by offering a challenging curriculum that leads to fulfilling professional opportunities. Students graduate from the College with the B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. degree. Our strengths include our prized teaching/research faculty, recently renovated facilities, and an environment that values student growth. We offer a variety of services to our students to facilitate the transition from college to the workplace.
CHS Graduate ShowCase
Graduate ShowCase is held annually in the fall and offers an opportunity for prospective graduate students to explore graduate education in The College of Human Sciences at The Florida State University. Participation is on a selection basis and we invite you to apply if you meet the criteria.
