Fashion Incorporated
Mission Statement:
To provide Florida State University students with a creative outlet focused on fashion journalism, editorial applications, and fashion oriented events with which they can cultivate their talents in a hands-on yet business-conscious atmosphere.
About:
Initially founded in the 1970's, Fashion Incorporated was created to cater to fashion studies, interest, and design. Since then, we've continued these traditions, but have progressed into a broader range of industry avenues.
Today, Fashion Inc. strives to extend experience, education, and stimulation of industry thinking and skill development to its members. Through our blog, AMUSE, we provide channels for fashion journalism, photography, styling, videography, set design, basic web design, and overall editorial production. Encouraging the creativity of Fashion Inc. contributors, we pursue the growth of our online medium as a whole.
With the annual involvement in the events of Florida State University’s Fall Fashion Week, the organization provides an opportunity to practice real-world industry activities, while also promoting communication and support within Tallahassee’s art and business community.
